MAKING A PURCHASE

Simply click on items you wish to buy, put them in your shopping basket and proceed to check out where you will be asked to enter your name, address and card details.

Be assured that our online shop is entirely secure, that no card details are held anywhere at any time unencrypted and that any personal details given to us to process your order are held in confidence under the laws of data protection.

DELIVERY

All orders are processed by return Royal Mail and should reach you within the week. Orders overseas are sent Air Mail Small Packet Rate and take a little longer.

POSTAGE

Inland post is charged at 10% of order value with a £5 maximum.

Orders valued £100 and over are post free.

Overseas parcels to Europe are charged at 15% of order value.

Postage to countries outside Europe differ but are calculated at cost we reserve the right, however, to charge extra if bulky items exceed the given rate.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee your satisfaction. If your order is incorrect, arrives in poor condition or does not arrive atall we take full responsibility.

If for any reason whatsoever you are not entirely happy with your order please be sure to contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange replacement, exchange or refund.
